Customers say
Customers find the garment steamer easy to use, ready to go in just a few seconds, and consider it good value for money. The steam quality receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s strong and effective, others report it barely comes out of the steamer. Customers disagree on the functionality, with some reporting it stops working for no reason. The durability is also mixed, with some saying it lasts a long time while others report it breaking down after about 6 months. Additionally, customers complain about water leakage issues, with the machine dripping water from the bottom and the off/on button leaking hot water.
