The Yoga Mad full yoga block is used for cushioning within inversions.

• The block ensures extra stability and support during Yoga or Pilates exercises.
• It can be placed under your hands, feet or the spine to ensure correct alignment.
• It is manufactured from non-toxic, stretch-resistant first grade EVA foam and has 3mm chamfered edges.
• The block is 30.5cm (12″) long, 20.5cm (8″) wide and 5cm (2″) high.
